If you are interested in an opportunity to learn about a variety of topics and are over 55, you will want to join the Adult Learning Institute (ALI) at the Orchard Ridge Campus of Oakland Community College. The Adult Learning Institute is a member run organization. Sessions meet three days a week for seven weeks in the Spring and in the Fall. Each session or program is different, and the instructors come from a wide variety of professions. You can pick and choose among the sessions that are of interest to you, and there is no homework. Spring sessions begin April 9, 2013. |
